This HOME SEAL sealant is off-white and comes in a 12 ounce can. It is designed for use on attics, basements, bottom of stair stringer, cracks in foundations, crawlspaces, drop ceilings, gaps, partitions, space connections in soffits, stud walls, through-penetrations, top and meets the standards for ASTM E84/UL 723/ULC -S102, Class A Fire Rated, UL/ULC Classified. This sealant has a working time of 30 minutes and is fire retardant, water resistant.
