This push button lockout is made of polycarbonate and it is clear. It meets the standards for OSHA. In addition, it measures 1.98 inch D x 2 16/39 inch H x 2 1/10 inch W, and includes retrofit base, double-faced adhesive tape. This push button lockout is for use with 5/16 inch diameter padlocks.
