This push button lockout base is made of polycarbonate and it is clear. It is chemical resistant, meets the standards for OSHA 1910.147. In addition, it measures 2.5 inch D x 3/10 inch H x 2 1/2 inch W, and includes adhesive backing, base, red label, yellow label. This push button lockout base is for use with 69/250 inch diameter padlocks.
