Product Details

This gate valve lockout is made of polypropylene and it is red. It is chemical/impact resistant, meets the standards for ANSI and OSHA, UL 94-HB and has the following languages: English, French, Spanish. In addition, it measures 2 19/50 inch H x 8 41/50 inch W, and includes English, Spanish, and French danger labels. This gate valve lockout is for use with hand wheels and 3/8 inch diameter padlocks. The legend message is: Danger Locked Out Do Not Remove, and the header reads: Danger.
