This floor and patch leveler is a ready-to-use latex-based product designed to fill cracks, fasteners or knotholes, and level low areas in plywood sub floors or concrete surfaces. The floor and patch leveler will remain flexible, allowing plywood sub floors to flex without cracking the filled-in areas. It may be applied in temperatures above 10C.
