Use this blue-coloured, roll-on, surface conditioning disc to prepare for coating or painting by creating a smooth, burr-free surface. This three-inch diameter quick-change disc can withstand a maximum of 18,000 rotations per minute and is ideal for removing coatings of oxide and rust.
