Product Details

This one-piece natural gas and propane cutting tip has a size five, 1 1/2-inch tip, and cuts 3/4 to 1 1/2-inch thick metal. The gas pressure for cutting oxygen is 25 to 62 PSIG and 3 to 5 PSIG for natural gas or propane. It needs a gas consumption of 125 to 210 CFH for oxygen and 9 to 14 CFH for natural gas or propane. It has a 11 to 19 inches per minute cutting speed and a kerf width of 0.075 to 0.090 inches. This copper tip has six pre-heat holes and the drill size for cutting is 55 inches.
