Product Details

This ball valve lockout is made of ABS plastic and it is red. It meets the standards for OSHA 1910.147. In addition, it features: adjustable slides to ensure proper fit, fits most t-handle valves, measures 2 inch D x 2 inch H x 6¼ inch W, and includes label. This ball valve lockout is for use with t-handles, 7/25 inch diameter padlocks. The legend message is: Danger Locked Out Do Not Remove.
