Wire Ferrule Crimpers
These crimpers seat ferrules (end sleeves) onto wire, retaining the wire within the ferrule to prevent loose strands and make a solid connection to a terminal block. Slots or dies in the crimper jaws are shaped to cradle ferrules and press them onto wire for a tight bond.
This ratchet crimper has a length of 7⅛ inch, plus it weighs 0.65 pounds and is insulated, and is compatible with copper cable. It features bare ferrules, ergonomic design, front or side load, full cycle ratchet with non-slip handles and more and meets the standards for UL. In addition, it is not non-sparking, and is tether ready with a standard cushion grip.
