Welding PAPR Systems

Welding PAPR (powered air-purifying respirator) systems provide workers with safe breathable air. They are made of materials that withstand heat. face shields have coloured lenses that filter bright light to protect workers' vision. A belt-mounted blower moves ambient air through a filter to deliver breathable air to the headgear. Some systems also use a cartridge to filter vapours and gases. PAPRs allow workers to move freely and unrestricted because the filter and power source are worn on the body. Welding PAPRs are used for a range of applications, including MIG and TIG welding, plasma cutting, and grinding.
