Shim Seats for Indexable Cutting Tools

Shim seats for indexable cutting tools fit between the cutting insert and the toolholder body to prevent wear on the toolholder. They absorb vibration from the insert during cutting. These seats can be replaced when worn instead of replacing the toolholder itself. They are sized and shaped to fit specific toolholders.
